On March 10, 2018, our company organized the startup meeting on OA cooperative office system. Hengyi’s main leaders, the responsible person of all the functional departments and our business personnel attended the meeting. The meeting required to make full preparation for organization. All the functional departments shall appoint personnel for work connection, carefully straighten out the businesses and processes of their own departments, actively and effectively carry out system survey and the self-test of function, effectively publicize, implement and boost the implementation of system to make sure the system will be available on line according to schedule. With the startup of OA project and the operation of follow-up system, Hengyi will gradually realize paperless and automation-based office work, handle work more efficiently and conveniently, cut down operation cost, standardize corporate management, ensure information safety and enable the management level of our company to attain a new height in a forceful way.
